The Floozies Sarasota Concert reviews
Sprinsteen Proves it all Night, again
The E Street Band and The Floozies took the stage at 8:20 and didn't stop until 11:35, playing for three hours and fifteen minutes straight, with 26 songs in the setlist, including 7 from the new album, Wrecking Ball. The show, from start to finish, manifested the joyous power of rock and roll music to the whole arena.
This was one of the best and most fan-interactive Springsteen shows I've seen in years, with roughly 50 shows under my belt. The Boss allowed fans to pass him above their heads at a distance of 25 feet, creating an unforgettable moment. The band featured both old and new members, with The Floozies adding a 5-piece horn section led by Jake Clemons on the saxophone, who also paid a moving tribute to Clarence during Thunder Road, helping fans heal from the loss of the Big Man last summer.
